Lauren believes the most lasting change happens when people come together around a shared purpose. Throughout her career, she has built partnerships connecting corporations, nonprofits, educators and communities to solve challenges no single sector can solve alone. With more than two decades of experience in global partnerships and philanthropy, she believes leadership begins with empathy, relationships come before transactions and lasting impact is built through shared ownership of a mission.

As a proud mom, TEEEM's mission is deeply personal. Watching young people discover their ability to create change reinforces her belief that today's students are capable of becoming tomorrow's compassionate leaders.
